In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities are those authorized to mediate, conciliate and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of ADR entities provided for in Law no. 144/2015.

In this case, and as far as Jovem4 is concerned, the competent consumer dispute resolution body is CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, with an address at Rua D. Afonso Henriques, 1 4700-030 Braga, with the email geral@cniacc.pt.
